Department of competitive bidding and procurement

The activity of the Department is aimed at:
– conducting procedures for procurement of goods, works and services at the expense of state funds in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on public procurement;
– ensuring the implementation of measures on public procurement in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” and other regulations of Ukraine on this issue.
