Sector of housekeeping

The main task of the Sector is the housekeeping maintenance of the buildings and the office premises of the Institute.
Sector in accordance with its tasks:
1) controls the operation of the energy supply system, water supply and compliance with the limits of their consumption for its intended purpose;
2) timely carries out current and planned repair works of energy supply, water supply and sewerage systems;
3) carries out works on improvement, gardening, cleaning of the territory, and office premises of the Institute;
4) controls the preservation of the proper technical condition of metering devices;
5) report to suppliers for the services provided for the consumption of heat, electricity, water and sewage disposal;
6) draws up acts of payment reporting and other documentation for the used energy carriers.
