Department of mass events organizing, informative and analytical operations

The Department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, “On General Secondary Education”, “On Vocational Education”, “On Extracurricular Education”, “On Preschool Education”, “On innovative activity “,” On information “,” On access to public information” and other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, orders, instructions, and regulations of the director of the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Education Contend Modernization”, the first deputy director, deputy directors, the Statute of the Institute, the Regulations on the Department of mass events organizing, informative and analytical operations. The Department organizes and conducts mass events, including scientific and methodological ones, aimed at finding and supporting innovative teachers and intellectually gifted pupils and students, popularization of pedagogical experience and modern educational practices; provides information and analytical support to the Institute. Among the functions of the Department there are:
– methodological and organizational support for the realization of state educational policy to identify and support teachers-innovators, intellectually gifted students;
– organizing and conducting the All-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year”, the All-Ukrainian competition “School Library”, the International competition on the Ukrainian language named after Petro Jacyk, mass events;
– organizing and conducting scientific and practical, scientific and methodical events (conferences, seminars, webinars, schools of pedagogical skills, etc.);
– implementation of informational, organizational and methodological support for international exhibitions: “Modern educational institutions”, “Innovation in modern education”;
– collecting, accounting and generalization of information on the conduct of scientific and methodological activities by structural subdivisions of the Institute;
– organizational support of reporting and planning activities of the Institute.
